    Brake lights work, I got a repair kit from the locally NAPA store (cost $3.49 each).  I changed to 42 LED red bulbs (bought on Ebay form HK).

    Works fine and I’m back on the road

    Do your turn signals flash ok with the LEDs?

    I’ve been thinking about this conversion (whenever I get my car back)!

    @smitty

    Paul They will work if you keep the regular bulbs on the front turn signals.

    Paul:

    They work fine, just don’t change the fronts as Smitty says.  Order RED led bulbs to go behind the red lenses and I got 44 led 1157’s on ebay.  They ship from China so be patient but cost less than $10. for 2.  I am using 36 red LED to replace the 1156’s.

    luvmtd I have a few questions:

    Are you satisfied with the led brightness and was the change worth it?

    Could you please provide a link to the bulbs and vendor you used?

    Thanks in advance.

    LED works fine as long as you remember to use red led behind red lenses.  search ebay for 45 led 1157 and there are a bunch of sellers
