    @schu

    I need a little help

    I am ready to start my rebuilt car, but still have a couple of outstanding issues.

    The gas pedal which should be mounted to the floor along w/ the other two pedals on my fiberfab falls directly to the floor instead of pushing the bar and original setup back. It seems I cannot remember how that worked when I took the car apart 5 years ago. It needs it to push the bar back and not down. What am I missing?

    Also the new master cyl that was waiting in a box for 1 1/2 years is leaking at one of the rubber plugs ( where the hoses hook up ) when I try to bleed the brakes. Is it possible that it is not installed correctly or came loose when I pushed on the hose from the brake fluid container? I called a VW place and they said it my have dried out while in the box, but it does not look cracked etc.

    Anyway thanks for any help, Dale

    If you look in the Download Manuals section of this site-

    https://tdreplica.com/assembly_manualsTOS.htm

    you should find what you need to solve your pedal issue.
