As far as shirts go, I’d have to buy my own and send to whomever ends up taking them to a T-shirt printer. I wear a tall size and a “regular” sized shirt won’t fit.
It only sucks being tall when you have to buy clothes…tall sizes cost extra which I think should be against the law. 
They don’t charge less for small sizes!
