    Asking prices don’t mean much. Would that they were selling prices.

    You are correct, Ed. Selling prices are much more accurate.  But asking prices are at least an indication that selling prices might be on upward swing.  The one on eBay right now contradicts what I just wrote, unless it goes higher closer to closing time.
