Windwings

Apparently the prior owner of my TD had windwings and I would like to buy some which use the same type mounting hardware as his used.  (My boating history makes drilling a new hole painful.)  Please tell me where I could get whatever mount hardware you think was previously used.) 

Can someone help me figure out what mounting system was used for the windwings?  On the inside leading edge of my windshield frame (both sides) are 2 holes approx 6.25″ apart and about 1/4″ or 6mm tapped holes.  (The thread is rather coarse and is probably 1/4-20 but that probably doesn’t really matter)  Thanks, Roy
