									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes, my son did an excellent job on the tank.  The weld seams look like they were done  by a machine.I haven&#8217;t filled the tank yet but according to my calculations (yes I used algebra in real life&#8230;don&#8217;t tell my math teacher) it will hold 11 gallons. </p>
