Since I cleaned the batt terminals and got the battery charged, it has started ok. I will check the additional items you mentioned as well. Also I have kept a trickle charger on the battery to keep it charged.</p>

<p>Kall, I&#8217;m glad I didn&#8217;t pitch the &#8220;old&#8221; charger. I think that would have been a mistake and added to my list of many that have been made over the years.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Never tried it myself, but I had a guy that had built a lot of hot rods tell me he used peppermint extract to keep mice out of carpets,etc. Not sure if he put the drops of extract on the carpets or on a rag and then put the rag(s) where he wanted them. Guess the mice don&#8217;t like the smell of peppermint.Sam</p>
