									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Update on broken pulley bolt.  Was able to extract the threaded portion of the bolt from the crankshaft. There&#8217;s a crankshaft spacer behind the timing gear on the crankshaft, and it had slid forward out of the engine block about 3/4 of its way out to prevent the timing sprocket from keying onto the crankshaft.  See the enclosed pics.</p>

<p>My wife shows off our first trophy ever from the Barnesville Car Show.  Over 400 cars were represented.</p>
<p>The bad news followed this last weekend. My crankshaft pulley bolt broke on the way to the Cambridge Car show and we were forced to be towed home 3 miles from the show site. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Looks like my steering wheel. My rivets are recessed a bit too, but have never bothered me. The rivets don&#8217;t look like they unscrew from the back. You might be able to sand the front side down to rivet depth, but could do more damage than good.</p>

The logo is an iron on transfer I printed from a stock internet image. Sticks nicely to the leather. I need to manhandle the kit with dirty hands to give it some &#8220;authentic patina&#8221;!</p>

Grabbed some brake parts cleaner and my wife&#8217;s toothbrush recently and went to work detailing the engine compartment. <p>Took the big step and replaced original Chevette radiator with a high performance 2 row aluminum. New radiator was listed on EBay as for a 1992 &#8211; 2000 Honda Civic EG/DEl Sol/Integra with automatic transmission, including fan for less than 75.00.  Also bought  a 48 inch stainless steel hose kit and water temperature switch and harness. Id never seen it over 220 before. Inspected system afterwards.  Antifreeze level was good but there is a little what looks like corrosion in the corners of the core near the top. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Took advantage of the unusually spring-like February weather to drill a few holes in my dashboard plate.  Aligned the headlight, <a href="https://tdreplica.com/members/touche/media/764/" rel="nofollow ugc">fan</a> and wiper switches all along the bottom and added 2 new big holes for voltage and oil pressure.  The radio was replaced last summer.</p>

I had the 2 end brackets made at Goodman Steel in Zanesville. They saved the dimensions in their computer in case anybody else needs them made.</p>
<p>Since they were higher profile than the originals I polished them a bit with a wire brush on my drill press.</p>
