He said to replace them about every 10years. Four bolts. 15-minute job. Check them, of course, yet it not that frequent of a replacement issue.  </p>

<p>Magic MG does not carry tops that will fit the LR. Any thoughts or other sources?</p>

You CANNOT back up with a car on a dolly or a tow bar. If your tow vehicle is rated anything over 2500 lbs, you should keep an eye on the towed car to make sure it is still there. You won’t feel it. One is in Tempe, Arizona (next door to Phoenix) called Dick’s Speed O Tach. </p>

I discovered the night before the show, that the rim if my hubcaps is metal, yet the “wire” spikes are a chrome poly.<br />
Apparently the company that made the metal-spike hub caps that rusted, is out of business. Maybe I will start saving up for real wire wheels. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I ended up with outdoor cover for a ‘52 MG TD from California Car Cover Co. The London Roadster is a little smaller than a real TD, so the fit is loose. Yet it stays on and keeps weather out. It does not keep the feral cats from sleeping in it. </p>

I’m told that it is an MG bumper, not a VW blade. Is Moss Motors the only shop in the USA that sells new replacement parts?</p>

Every time I try to fill the tank either with a pump nozzle at a gas station, or via a portable gas can, fuel flows back and spills on the side of the car, running board and ground. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I tried to fit those dual Kadrons, yet there wasn’t enough room in my engine bay without cutting into the body. So I went with a Delorto carb. Now that carb sits too high and I cannot fit an air cleaner on top of it to fit with the lid closed. Parts are ordered for a remote air cleaner. </p>
