I guess they wanted to test it in the desert. It was a slick car but not good on gas mileage, as I recall.</p>

It&#8217;s a dust bowl down here in summer in recent years. </p>

One of those old AC pumpers that pumps a bit and shuts off when the pressure gets up when the bowl is full. I had a &#8217;63 VW when I was in Germany and it was fast with only 1200cc.
