Nevada DMV gave me registration and full citizenship. Course I had to pay the fine (60$ fee) and she has to learn to drive American. The cowl about the steering shaft is butted up against the dash where I already cut some out. That was a job getting it cut clean. They call me a wood butcher. Take you time to gently curl backside of the ring and it will curl back more smoothly. I never thought the tach or speedo were supposed to be right or left mounted. Any other reasons for this ? It was easy to bend a tubular piece of steel and mount one end under the outer lower head light support were it attaches to the fender. The serrations you see on the inside of the flange holds the bare wire and for good measure add a touch of solder.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for the compliment , I have to give credit to the paint shop. I just use bondo to fill major holes and gouges. I modified the windshield support post by cutting off the &#8216;horns&#8217; on the cowl and molding rounded surfaces that conform to the  stanchion from an original TD. For areas that needed strength I use glass and resin. Having failed at two attempts (the mold broke) I have resigned and passed the brackets on to a needy soul. The adaption of original brackets was easier than mold making however. A little grinding and bondo fill was all it needed.
