<div>The Top should fit fiberfab Kits.  I have a MIGI II Fiberfab Kit and it works fine.  I called John at Mgmagic and told him what I had when I purchased it and he said the top he sent me would fit fine and it did.  As for the side panels, they are side curtains which zip on to the top and snap on to the door etc.  The rear window does not z&hellip;</div>

So I drilled out the rivets on the steering wheel and where the rivets were on the back side I filled the holes with walnut doll.  I took the dish part to a Polishing company in Sarasota and had them flatten the dish and polish it. Don&#8217;t know if it would work maybe still to wide.I may just build one.  Have a friend that is a very good auto upholster that said he would help me.  If I do I&#8217;ll let you know. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The cranshaft is standard &amp; polished, the engine case and heads have been fly cut and I am using a 100 eagle cam and 85.5 mm piston and cylinders.   Some say I should use a 60 thousandths clearance and others say I can go to 45 clearance which would mean just install the cylinders &amp; pistons  whichout shims etc.  Very confusing for a newbe.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Allen I just rechecked checked electric fuel shut off and that works also.  The carb was rebuilt about 800 miles ago also.  The carb seems to be getting plenty of fuel.  I have spark from the coil and it appears I have spark to the no 1 plug.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I took out the coil and had it checked and its ok.  Have on order a new electronic iginition module.  So I&#8217;ll see if that will fix the problem.  Talk to several VW people here and the EI can fail any time with out notice. </p>

<div>The eclectronic ignition was on the car when I got it last summer so not sure what the type is.  I think I will try and use a ohmmeter to test the coil first, and then try and use a different coil to see if I get some spark then go from there.  I know the fuel is fine so thats not the problem.  Hopefully its just the coi&hellip;</div>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thats right it has a 750 motorcycle engine in it any only wieghs 900 pounds.  Ron has had it up to 140 but not with my butt in it.  Only sits 4 inch off the ground, has two seats and is a bitch to get in and out of for and old fart like me.  Plus when he is in it his head is level with the top of my door on the TD.  Its a beauty.  </p>

<strong>Surface prep</strong> is very important. Paint will not stick to oily or greasy surfaces. The oil from your hands is enough to prevent adhesion. So a clean surface is vital. Also, if the surface is too rough or has gouges in it those blemishes will show right through the paint.<br />
