Quick report (albeit late) on th Carlise ImMport/Kit Car show.
First and most important, amidst a sea of Speedster reproductions sat Dale’s beautiful MG TD replica. Nice car Dale! And I believe the only TD repro on the field. Next we really have to get a bunch of us there.
I gave in to my other interest and drove out in one of my Volvos. Volvo was the featured marque this year, and I figured I’d support my friends in the Volvo Club of America.
That said, I spent most of my time with the guys and gals from the Speedster Owners online group. Like most car folk, a great bunch of guys. And a ton of kit car and VW knowledge in this group.
