Does anyone have experience installing a late model Ranger engine and automatic transmission in a TD? It seems that Rangers used the 2.3 until 1997, then a 2.5 until 2001 and a new 2.3 after 2002.l Will any or all of these work? Are there folks who prefer the v6 over the four?
