October 9, 2010 at 11:34 am #242470I have some picks I can’t post them but I can send them by email
October 10, 2010 at 10:06 am #242471You might be able to post them. The “tree-uparrow” button on the far right hand side of the top row above the “Post Reply” window that opens when you reply to any post here will open a box with instructions titled “image upload.”
click “browse” and go to the picture on your computer, click that and it should load to the site.
The caveat: it has to be smaller than 500 megabits. If it’s larger than that, you should be able to make it smaller by opening the picture in your photo program and resaving it smaller, either by choosing a lower quality jpeg format, resizing it by pixels (I like 300 by 400) or cropping it and saving the cropped part under a new name.
Hope this helps.
October 10, 2010 at 12:04 pm #242472I use a link to Photobucket for the registry graphics. Works great. It’s free [don’t hear that word very often]. Photobucket takes on the file space keeping this site free from that burden. In Photobucket use the ‘direct share’ link option, copy the code to the clipboard, then in this site when you use the tree button, paste the link there. The pic looks like it’s on this site, but is hosted somewhere else. It you decide to place it within this site Ed’s got some great instructions.
October 10, 2010 at 8:17 pm #242473OK guys , ,a lot of chit chat IF any one is interested in the car in Carmel NY let me know I will be there in 2 weeks only 20 miles away or so I’m going up there to visit my daughter in Marlboro NY I can take pics or what you need to make a decision on it ,if you want a inspection from a third party? Dan
October 10, 2010 at 9:36 pm #242474Dan , That’s real nice of you to offer to check out the car. There’s nothing quite like seeing something in person. The fact that you have a car of the same type would mean that you would have something to compare it to. Hope you have a safe and pleasant trip.

offer on it …
January 18, 2011 at 4:47 pm #242481If your car was a little bit closer I’d get it in a heart beat. I was wondering if you still had it for sale! Do you have it stored inside? I just bought (and building) a TD with a V6 and 4 speed and am putting a lot of money into the car even after the guy I bought it from said it all was there!
January 18, 2011 at 10:27 pm #242482Yes the car Is stored inside, I got the car about a year ago the body
was fitted on the car with all the body panels and complete drive train.
The car looks to me like its never been outside.
