MG VW frame

For those that are interested or have been wanting to follow my progress on my MG.I have posted a few pics of the progress of the frame.A little info on the frame.the vw floor pans were shot.new perimeter frame was constructed of 1x1x1/8 angle with 1×1/8 flat stock welded to that to form a chanel iron.14 gauge sheet steel makes up the new floor.Front bulkhead was converted from super to standard,using 2x2x3/16 angle iron with 10 gauge sheet steel and 1×1 14 gauge square tube gusseting.need to do some more fabbing on the front axle mounting.I think by the time I finish the frame it should be one of the strongest vw frames on the road.
