MGTD body + for sale

I recently bought a basic  British Coach Works
52 MGTD replica in poor shape.  The VW frame, fiberglass 52 MGTD replica body, grill, headlights, bumpers,  transmission and most stuff is there, but the VW rear engine is gone, as are the seats, top and top frame.  It is painted in flat black primer and has what appear to be basic VW 15 inch wheels with poor tires.  Body is solid except for fixable hole on driver’s side front floor.  The floor pans on both sides were apparently repaired at one time. 

This would be a great car, but I  think it is just beyond my ability to redo.  Asking $2,900 OBO.
