Allen: Hope Your shed is mouse proof. Seems the mice find upholstery nice nesting material. I lost a newly upholstered seat to them.

May 3, 2015 at 12:26 pm #259627We have a couple of stray cats that love to relax in our garden. They take care of birds, mice and chipmunks. They are afraid of dogs and strangely enough……rabbits.

May 4, 2015 at 8:48 pm #259629Packing it in for the night and before my business trip tomorrow. Can’t figure out why when my steering column is 2 inch diameter, the hole in the firewall has to be 3 inches. Fortunately I don’t have a 3 inch hole saw. I’ll have to ponder some on that in my off time while away. All you folks going to Carlisle, have fun and travel safely. Till next week then.

The angle of the steering column then grows to be larger. If steering column was at a 90 degree angle going through it would take a 2 inch hole. increase or decrease angle hole needs to be oval in shape. I know of no oval drills so hole goes to 3″ to allow column to have clearance. One of manuals here shows method clearly. Good luck on your business trip.
May 23, 2015 at 11:33 am #259631Back from trip and getting yard work taken care of (done) and opening up the pool (in work). After that its back to Moneypenny’s build. Its slow going but its getting completed. Forgot to weld back in the panel cut in the tunnel to access the gearshift relocation…I’ll start there. Plan is to complete the defroster, install the heat shield to the rear valence and then the doors. Oh! And enjoy the pool, cookout and of course the beer! 🙂
