Original TD Headlight Brackets

Have been watching the bidding for a pair of original TD headlight brackets on eBay. I thought that if the price didn’t get too crazy I’d bid and try to get them. Well…so much for crazy. They are going for over $150 for the pair and they are used. Someone sure wants then way bad.

Those look good. They are rare & expensive, and I’ll guess they’ll finish up over $250, and I would consider anything under $300 a good deal. 

Moss has reproductions for $250 each. Bolts not included.

Brackets ended up selling for $201 plus shipping for the pair. Like Ed said, good price but more than I can afford.

Allen, I have been wanting a banjo steering wheel since I put real wire wheels on.  Today I got to test fit a Flat 4 banjo that Jack bought for his.  What really got me interested was Oak Island John’s Flat 4 wheel, which I had only seen in the gallery.  It is a bit larger than I thought and at $350+/-, I really can’t afford it either.  I take some solace in that I really didn’t want to give up the room that it took.  I guess I could go on a diet.  

I feel your pain.

They look fairly complicated to make, too.
