    I finally took my 53 MG-TD VW replica to a tag company to get the car registered in PA. The PO built the car in Florida, but kept it regestered as 1971 VW. The PA DOT insists that the only way I can regester it is as a Collectable car, with limited usage.

    Are there any PA owners out there whose car is NOT registered as a collectable? Any help or insight would be appreciated.
