Still looking for info on converting the Volkswagen horizontal E-brake handle to a vertical one.I saw a couple of cars done this way,but did not get the kit makers name.I have a couple I would like to convert.

I believe those kits are available from Chirco, a VW house in AZ. I believe they were designed for Dune Buggies that use dual rear e-brakes for steering.

I have checked out Chirco, they only have a momentary lever setup.Nothing that will lock both wheels and stay there.

Did you ever find a source for the VW vertical E break conversion?  I am looking for the same thing, but not having much luck.  I have never even seen a picture of one, but I presume it is a handle that is easier to reach in these MG VW kits.

I am still looking, and I have seen it done on cars.I kind of thought at the time it was part of the kit.I have seen the E-brake moved to the rear of the shifter too.The hardest part about that is dealing with the cables.
