I need a Chrome Grill shell for my fiberfab MiGi MG TD. Where can I get one…
Thanks
October 22, 2008 at 1:58 pm #237624GOOD LUCK!!!

No longer available from any MG reproduction parts supplier for a about 10 years now. When they were, they were nearly $1,000.
I had mine rechromed along with 4 bumper overriders and 2 bumper blades…$1,000 to the local plater for that work!!!
Glass bead and powder coat is an option?
October 22, 2008 at 3:35 pm #237625Here is the phone number and email of someone that has one. I can’t afford it.

Not sure about chroming fiberglass…there are paints that may get it to look almost like it’s plated.
I spent the bucks for the re-chroming but in retrospect, a glassbead and powder coat job would have been the way to go with mine.
You can’t powder coat fiberglass though.

I just purchased the grill from Larry. He is a very very nice gentleman.

October 28, 2008 at 9:23 pm #237632Andre,
Glad you were able to get it. I am trying to work with my fiberglass one. Doesn’t look as nice as a chrome or powder coated one.
