    @shakey57

    Hello everybody. I ask this to Royal and it was suggested that I ask Ed. So, Ed…I was told my TD was a 1949. But I don’t see anything to base that on other than what the seller said. Is there any way to tell what I have? My title reads 1970 bug. I’m cool with that. I ran the vin number. I know that on a original car, the back of the 49′ is more up and down than a 52′. I welcome ALL input. Thank you for the help.

    @pmossberg

    Our cars are replicas of MG TDs, which were produced from 1950 to 1953.

    MG TCs were produced from 1945 to 1950.

    So you can call your car whatever year you want, from a ’50 to a ’53

    If you own a TDr and are not in the Registry, please go to https://tdreplica.com/forums/topic/mg-td-replica-registry/ and register (you need to copy and paste the link)
