Wind Wing Mounting question

Anybody have a picture of how they installed their Wind Wings w/ the groove forward?
Now that I installed my Wind screen correctly it seems things are a lot harder to mount.
I can only get about a 45 degree angle at this point and it looks like I can’t install my shaded visors because they mount in the upper groove where the top locks in – anybody solve this?

I’m sure that there are more elegant solutions.  But, here’s mine and it cost me about $1.50.  Small aluminum angle iron plus four set screws.

My wings attach to the front facing groove, when fully “deployed” they are at about 45 degrees to the windshield. I can fold them against the windshield when I put the car cover on.

I don’t have visors. But seen cars with the visor bracket screwed onto the top of the frame.

Thanks Roy and Paul,
I guess I have a couple of options – leave as is or add a bracket.
When I googled pictures they all have the groove facing the driver on the original cars.

Correct re the originals.

I believe the side curtain frame on an original TD, fits into the groove. Our cars have different attachment methods for the curtains.
