ok well we did go to 2 parades, however we were in the parade so we didn’t get any shots of the car. So we went out for a little drive afterwards to get lost for a while. Hope everyone enjoys the pics.

July 11, 2011 at 8:53 pm #245390Great car, great pics.
July 11, 2011 at 10:14 pm #245391BDriver, It was manufactured by Modern Classic Corsair in late 70’s or early 80’s best I can find.
I can’t take credit for the photos as my wife has the photography bug. She was upset when we “lost the light” but was a great ride. even cooled off a little if you can call 86 cool. Got to love Texas.
ray10, I found the plate at an antique shop in Colorado City, Texas. Still looking for a match set. It does raise a few eyebrows from the local police. I have the actual plates in the bonnet.

Just to let you know some states will let you use them on the hot rods. just have to spend a little time at DMV to get them reg. them.

July 12, 2011 at 5:00 am #245393They will make any state plate, any color and any year you request. check out my photos in the gallery. Had one made a few years ago and it holds up nicely. Once you decide on the plate you want it’s best to call them to get the color plate you want.
