Today was a good day.I went to a car parts flea market this morning lots of people, lots of vendors, lots of stuff. There sitting at one of the tables in the back was a oil painting of late 40’s or early 50’s MGTF very nicely done.I bought it.When i got it home i told my wife i wanted to put it in the living room. She objected to that,How about the bedroom ceiling ,another objection. She said it belongs in the garage next to the car.WOMEN!!! They also had lots of MG models and castings.
A very nice castings of a 1929 Mercedies Benz .I wore a MG Motorspots sweat shirt. Venders were walking up to me trying to sell me MG stuff I will have to make sure i always dress this way you never know what you miss. One other thing. I Was told a 1953 car is a one plate year. Can you legally put a 1953 license plate on a 1985 LONDON ROADSTER

“One plate year” does that mean that cars only had one plate displayed on the car in 1953? Or, that the plates were only used one year and then new plates were issued to be displayed on the car?
