    @royal

    We have quite a few new members since The Red Car (by Stanford) was bouncing around on the forum like a baton in a relay race.

    I recently read 2 more books that I thought were enjoyable and if you like books about driving or sports cars or both some of you might like:

    The Art of Racing in the Rain,  Stein
    The Last Open Road,  BS Levy
    Sorry, read the last two on my Kindle so I can’t send to you.

    “The Last Open Road,” yeah. Also the two sequels, “The Fabulous Trashwagon” and “Montezuma’s Ferrari.”

    The art of racing in the rain was a fantastic read. Definitely on my favorites list and not because of the car factor. Used the library’s audiobook.

    Bert Levy is my neighbor.  When I was in Indian Guides many years ago he was a member of our tribe.  We made an outing where we met him at Road America and he took each of the little Indians out for several laps in the Ferrari he was driving.  He has a website: http://www.lastopenroad.com
