    Almost got clipped yesterday when a guy cut in front of me.  

    I barely was able to avoid, and think my brakes could be better.  Am thinking of going to discs.  
    Do any of you have any recommendations or suggestions.  Suppliers?  

    69VW.  Stock.  Do not want to lower front end .  Need blank rotors that I will drill to accommodate my wire wheels.

    No specific suggestions on a source.  However, I recommend that you make sure that the kit uses OEM-compatible Karmann Ghia parts, so that you can get replacement parts down the road.  
    Some disc kits are unique, and if that specific supplier/manufacturer goes out of business, you’re out of luck…
    This is especially true for rear wheel kits… continuing availability of parts is a big concern.
