Grille Slat Color

    I know it’s probably been discussed over and over but I couldn’t find it doing a search so…here goes. I know the original TD came with the grill slats the color of the interior. Nothing wrong with my chrome slats but wonder if the car would look better with black grille slats as opposed to chrome. And I’m not going to paint my grille slats the color of my interior (white). Any thoughts appreciated.

    The originals were usually interior color as you say, but not always. Sometimes body color. Some of the Mark IIs got chrome grills.

    Black is pretty much never wrong. Makes it look badass.

    Put black tape on them and have a look.
