    Was working the front end attaching the steering coupling and noticed the left lower tie rod end seal is torn. That WAS a new tie rod. Anyway…can I replace the seal after disconnecting the tie rod end or will I have to replace the whole tie rod?

    I’ve bought ball joint boots from cip1 They also have tie rod end boots for $15-$20.

    Ironically, the same price as the full tie rod ends.

    If you’re cheap you could always just use a bit of heater hose though. Like this.
