    @jerryc

    I purchased a Fiberfab MiGi on June 15th at a local estate auction for $2350. They identified it as a 1984 but I don’t know for sure if that is correct. The Fiberfab plate under the hood has number SN1002. That number was also listed as the VIN on the NC title I received. It had obviously sit outside with a tarp over it for years. The auction folks had done enough to it to get it running but not very well. The engine number starts with H5 which dates it to about 1969. I’m sure I will have plenty of questions in the future. For now I just doing basic maintenance and repairs.

    It’s quite probable that 1984 was the year the build was completed. I have mine titled as a 1989 for that very reason. Some folks have theirs titled as the year of the donor car, but 1984 counts that out.

    Good luck on you acquisition. If it is roadworthy in time, consider the Virginia Beach event.
