Which size do you run on your Duchess, PMossberg? Mine have the original 6.00×15 tires. I just don’t want them to rub.

A good upholstery shop should be able to modify the window in your top. I, personally never did it, but when I used her as a daily driver I had a shop install quarter windows in the top for visibility. They did a nice job and it looked good. The zippered window should not be difficult.

I have a FF-II that I just purchased back in May — It has a tan cloth top with a zip open rear window. There are straps on each side of the window with snaps — so the window can be rolled up and snapped in the rolled position. But I’m not sure if this was a “stock” Fiberfab II top and side curtains. I’ll upload some pic’s tomorrow.

I live in south west British Columbia in Canada. The road is in Canada, the field on the other side is in the USA.

Paul,
My CMC/Fiberfab kit, like your Classic Roadster Duchess has the rear window sewn in. And according to the illustrations in the Fiberfab assembly manual, that rear window is also sewn in. Perhaps someone with a Migi will chime in.newkitman2013-06-30 21:31:39

Mounted master cylinder and proportioning valve with all of the brake system plumbing. Now have brakes, clutch and throttle pedal all mounted and working. Soon will take first drive around the driveway. (wiring will be faked just enough to start and run).

my fiberfab was a nightmare. I found some guys in fla. selling a complete harness for under 150 and I’m just starting over. sounds like you will save yourself a lot of head aches starting over.but if you want to save your current wireing ( no pun intended). do one circuit at a time, don’t think of it as one large system

Not sure about London Roadster. But a full set of schematics are available in the Download Manuals section for a VW based ClLassic Roadsters Ltd Duchess. Should at least get you off to a good start.

I’m trying to use the Mustang seat bottoms since so many of you complain about dead butt syndrome. Had to cut the back outside corner off of each one to fit the body.
