A fantastic transformation is all I can say. Great work.

Keep up the good work Rocky. The chassis typically never gets the attention that the body gets so a great chassis will help the car last for a long time. A little extra time now is going to pay a ton of benifits later.

I’d buy one.  My London Roadster wouldn’t look too good with a duller finish and some rust on the wire wheel covers.The hot rod is a bit shiney with a new coat of wax, but maybe I’ll take her out this weekend for a spin, and be extra careful with the brakes.

I know it’s “just the chassis”, but you are doing beautiful work!It’s almost a shame the chassis will be covered up!

 
Chrome on black is very understated. It will drive people nuts at shows. “Chrome where you can’t see it? That’s hard core. I can respect that.”

 Paul, Look in the photo gallery at RedMGTD,RichBelfay,RobBaker’s cars .They all have the ”Lucky” taillights.I think they are usually found on CMC front engine cars but I have seen them on VWbased cars as well.

Way to go!  It’s a precious thing to have such a daughter.  I know mine has given me so many reasons to be proud.  We are lucky guys!

I fail to see the need for a hard top on a convertible.  I know the current retractable hard top on a Mazda Miata is popular, but a roadster is supposed to be a convertible, not a coupe.
As the slogan on a poplular Honda S2000 tee shirt and window decal says, top down in any weather except a huricane (or maybe when it is 115F outside).
