Excellent looking MGTD. Drive it and enjoy it. Looks like the stock VW “P-Shooter” exhaust pipes were replaces with some to get the sound a little lower and also lower a little of the back pressure. Cool beans!

Had a devil of a time registering!  I think that I am on now.  Thanks for all of your efforts.  One suggestion-copy your original message about the problem to all forums.  Not everyone reads other than “their” forum, whether it be VW, front engine or whatever.  I’m sure that many if not most are unaware of the situation.

I got a Duchess Ford cause I love the style and didn’t want the problems of a real one. Much easier to keep running. If the car was assembled right it will handle like a go-kart on back roads and run like stink when wound up.
