Your car is awesome as is! Not one person in 1000 who encounters it would guess it’s not an original.

I rather like the look of that dash plate, just not sure I could justify the price at this stage.

When I first purchased the car it had these hexagonal cut outs fitted between the gauge bezel and dash.  I had to remove the gauges to take them off.  They are chromed brass, but the chrome is a bit pitted with blue/green spots. Here ya go. Bridget’s EJ22 on a bathroom scale. That’s 260 lbs. Flywheel and clutch attached, full intake, etc, but no exhaust.
