I’ve so far done lots of work to this car thanks to them that gave tips or who have written posts I’ve gotten 4 new tires 16 psi front 22 in back I castered my front end new dampener new carb new fuel pump stand belt fixed lots of wiring new trumpet horn put 300 miles on it yesterday it’s been fu

Paul – Thanks for the fast reply. I had measured from dash to front axle, added some for the bend to front wheel and came up with 7 feet. Looks like 6 ft 9 in will do it. I’ll order one this AM.

You need a early VW bus speedometer cable. They are approx 6 feet 9 inches

I probably doing this all wrong and in the wrong forum but I need help now. Where do I buy a speedometer cable long enough for my Duchess on a 1972 VW pan. Speedo drive in left front wheel. It’s about 7 feet.

I’m open to any input because if I dont use them on this I’ll need some for my bricklin gt or my buggy for the buggy only going to do speedometer with fuel gage and oil pressure and maybe volt meter and a tachometer but this tdr is my baby of them all so it’s getting the most love
