Not sure if this helps at all. There are some options here, but they don’t look exactly the same to my eyes. As for measurements, they usually reply pretty quickly via email.

When I first purchased the car it had these hexagonal cut outs fitted between the gauge bezel and dash. I had to remove the gauges to take them off. My wife Judy and I have recently purchased a MG T replica. The headlights are moulded into the front wings, so I think it is based on the MG TF.
