Hello,

I noticed in the member’s rides section that Jerry’s front engine

BCW has steel wheels with circular openings that more closely

resemble the original 1952 MGTD wheels.   

What donor vehicle did these great looking wheels come from?

I know that BCW used the standard (8 oval slotted, 4 bolt) VW

wheels on its Chevette based kits and of course on it?s VW

based kits like the one I built. I have always wanted to find a

more authentic / attractive wheel, and am excited to see that

someone has apparently found one.

Do you know if these wheels fit the standard 4 bolt VW pattern?
