Cruising the Bay to gawk at Jag XK-120 stuff I stumbled across this, uh, item. Yes, it is the long lost Jag XK 120 modified by super celebrity rodder George Barris especially for super Republican icon Barry Goldwater.

’cause, erm, everyone knows what the Jag XK really needed was some Buick elements.

To, ya know, class it up.

 I agree, he did produce some beautiful customs but IMHO ,this was not one of them. The Jag was not a design to be messed with. Back in high school,one of my classmates dated a boy who owned a green XK-120. It turned every head when he pulled in the school driveway.
