We will be restarting your shared hosting server as part of an emergency maintenance in order to perform a BIOS update that improves overall system performance and security. This is preventative maintenance. Please note that this will cause temporary disruptions to any sites you have hosted on the above server.
The maintenance process will begin Tuesday, May 20th at 12 AM (midnight) PDT and will run until 4:00 AM. Individual machines will experience approximately 30 minutes of intermittent connectivity within the above 4-hour window, but any interruptions will not be continuous throughout the entire window.
