    The original TD had a totally cool and atavistic feature which was the hand crank-able engine. The crank had to be kept handy (just in case, right?) and so the lads at Abingdon installed clips on the seat back in which the crank handle snapped.

    So, given that Bridget came equipped with an old Honda Civic scissors jack, and given that those jacks came with a handle shaped roughly like a TD engine crank (and given that I had no particular place to place said jack handle) . . . I knew what I had to do.
