Has anyone installed a faux filler cap on the faux gas tank covering the engine? Where did you get it? Which side did you mount it on?
I think that would look really cool !!!Mike NebenMarch 19, 2014 at 8:44 pm #260024Mike. I haven’t installed mine as yet but have the spot for it drilled. Just need to mount it after I get the engine cover installed. I got mine at CB Performance. Nice piece.

It goes on the driver’s side of the tank.

Ed has one (edsnova).

March 19, 2014 at 10:14 pm #260026I thought I would give u my 2 cents . I have a cap on mine that came of a boat. Shortly after I bought my car I lost the cap . My first thought was where will I find a cap that looks good . I stopped at a local boat sales place and found one It was used . I guess they find them in the water at there boat launch . The best part is you remove it with a bottle opener

"Drive Happy"March 20, 2014 at 8:10 am #260028Here’s what it looks like on the original. Mine is twisted 90 degrees cuz that’s the only way it’ll fit. But most of you-all have the tank girth necessary to mount yours longitudinally, as original.

March 20, 2014 at 10:29 pm #260030Found a jag cover on eBay for $19.95 and snatched it quickly. That’s all I need some I’ll bond it to the cover. Thanks for the ideas, guys.
