That is awesome Montie!
But what is shining on your face? Do you have floodlights or something set up? And what are those dark things on your eyes?

December 26, 2010 at 6:15 pm #243276I just had to show off the 3 year old grandson’s excitment. So far he’s the most excited about the car.. Even now, with snow on the ground he’s ready to go. I also have a 20 year old grand-daughter and a 16 year old grandson that just got his license.. Neither show much interest even after a rides last summer. Man, at 16 I would have died to have ackcess a car like this. Different strokes for kids today I guess…… Also have a 2 year old great grand daughter, a new great grand daughter (in August) and a brand new grandson born on Thanksgiving Day (also my birthday).

December 28, 2010 at 8:26 am #243279Get him hooked now and our toys will live for another generation. When I work on mine my grandson is there with me learning and working , telling me to do it wright so when he owns the TD he won’t have to do much Dan
December 28, 2010 at 4:04 pm #243280That reminds me of me and my dad. I remember being 10 yrs old and my dad taking me out for the first time, absolutely awesome! I was hooked, now it sits in my garage! haha~ Hope he catches the fever and you can teach him all about it!

Looking at the picture, I’m not sure who’s grinning more…you or your grandson. Teach him well and reward him as you go with rides. The car’s legacy and yours will live on forever.

You got me there, we were both pretty happy that day. Weather was great. This year I’ll put in a booster seat for him and get him out of the parking lot. That lot is huge, but can only get up to about 10mph. Gotta get him some shades too.
December 29, 2010 at 10:06 pm #243283Parking lot reminds me of Dayton College parking lot. But that was years ago when I lived in Cincinnati. And definitely get him some cool shades. He’s gotta look like grandpa.
