and if that fails, I vote for a Morgan +4 (like I’ve always wanted but is looking increasingly unlikely).
Over the years raising a daughter has been very expensive as most know from ski racing , cars , college , wedding , down payment on a house . I guess I never thought one of my big expenses would come after all of the above .
Conngrats on #3! Why not give them all TDRs? That way you can pass on your legacy in your family and our club as well.

Ok don’t kill me but not sure your model was referred to as “The bath tub ” –
traditionally “tub” refers to the 356 Speeders .I just can’t get that outa mah mind.. 😆I didn’t make any reference to the “bath tub.”
But yes, 356 Speedsters were/are referred to as bath tubs.Two schools of thought as to where that comes from….The obvious is the body shape, which some say looks like bath tub turned upside down.The more humorous explanation is that they leak so bad the interiors fill up with water and become literal bath tubs.Paul Mossberg

I may be a bit delusional on this Friday night -but in these two pics our MGTDr’s have a slight resemblance to the 1937 Aston Martin 2 litre tourer-
