Hi, went to install sender where stock unitis, under distributor, and it is too big to fit. Is there another spot or am I missing something? It is the VDO Royale series, from cipi. Thanks, Dennis P

Be aware that putting both light & gauge on one fitting makes the gauge read low & the light go on early. There is a fix for that but I’ll need to leaf through me notes to unearth it.hi. I took the origional warning light sender out, then tried new sender and it sits to high and cannot clear dist body/
L adapter then.
This is what I used on mine, btw. The single wire ones look the same except only one thumbscrew on top. Never heard of one not fitting because of a distributer. Can you post a photo?
