Our back-end server is being upgraded. In theory, no one should notice anything.
From our hosting provider:
We recently alerted you to an impending operating system upgrade of your shared web server. The day of that upgrade has arrived!
Later this evening between 4:00pm PDT and 7:00pm PDT, we’ll be upgrading your shared web server from Ubuntu Linux version 14.04.5 LTS (also known as Trusty Tahr!) to 18.04.1 LTS (aka Bionic Beaver!)
We expect the upgrade process to take no more than 1 hour.
You may notice that your website will be unreachable for brief periods while we work on your server. Don’t worry – this is normal!
If you are using Ruby or Python, or run a site that relies heavily on specific server packages, we strongly recommend reading through the page below for known changes that may affect you:
If you’ve got any questions about any of this, please don’t hesitate to contact our technical support team. They’re trained and ready to help with any upgrade-related questions or concerns.

Thanks very much for your patience while we work hard to modernize our fleet of servers and bring you the absolute best performance possible!
We’ll contact you again once your upgrade has been completed.

Your shared web server has just been upgraded to Ubuntu Linux version 18.04.1 LTS (aka “Bionic Beaver”).
Everything appears to be in order on our side of things, but now would be a great time for you to poke around your website and its data to ensure everything’s running as it should.
If you run into trouble, please don’t hesitate to contact our technical support team. They’re trained and ready to help with any upgrade-related questions or concerns.
