Hello Everyone,
I saw a post that said there was a London Roadster brochure under TD Replicas, History, but I can’t seem to find that section. Can anyone tell me where that is? Mine is a TD replica London Roadster on a VW frame and engine.April 3, 2011 at 8:17 pm #244179In the aqua section to the left,, go to TDHistory,, the replica section . The London Roadster stuff is all the way to the bottom.
April 3, 2011 at 8:26 pm #244180Thanks, I sometimes hate being a newbie. I don’t see an aqua section to the left on my screen.
April 3, 2011 at 8:40 pm #244181Never mind! I found it! Success for the Newbie!
April 3, 2011 at 8:44 pm #244182Hey, Don’t apoligize for being a newie. We love newbies, we all were newbies . Problem is ,the aqua section to the left is always there,at least it is on my computer and I’m not smart enough to make it go away on mine and show up on yours.Perhaps one of our more computer savvy members can tell you how to make it happen.
April 4, 2011 at 10:07 am #244183I clicked on the image of the TD in the upper left corner from this page (Messages and topics) and that brought me to the “home” page with the aqua tabs. I hadn’t realized that that image was a live link
Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.

1952 1988 MG TD London Replica Showroom Album Brochure
April 9, 2011 at 9:18 am #244185Great Find!
I see the brochure is sold. I hope you got it!
Interesting….the pictures include a beautiful chassis with front and rear independent coil-over shocks suspension. But all three cars in the brochure are riding on the stock VW torsion bar front suspension.
Interesting how LR guys did business too. They required the dealers to buy two cars…not a bad way to increase sales. And the dealers were required to ALWAYS maintain two cars in stock. So if they sell one, they had to have placed an order for a replacement, either for their inventory or for another customer.
