    How was your car lowered in front? How satisfied are you with the ride height? How comfortable is the ride? Did it improve the handling?

    I have never used the “poll” feature of our website.  Don’t know whether I did it right.   

    I removed all the small leaves from both the upper and lower beams.  Dramatic improvement in handling and tracking in gusty side winds.  It also lowered the front end 2 to 2-1/2″.  No problems with rubbing.  I did a home front end alignment after removing leaves.

    Mine was cut and turned so I re-did it with adjusters, removing the small leaves. I re-set to the ride height it had when I bought it, which is a bit lower than a stock Bug.
