My father purchased this car last summer from the original owner and builder. No
expense was spared in its construction. You can see that many of the parts including
the grill and lights and bumpers are real MG parts. The entire frame and drive train is
from a 1980 VW. It only has 2742 miles on it! The car honestly looks brand new. The
original owner put minimal miles on it than parked it in his garage where it has sat under
a cover for the last 35 years! My father bought it hoping to use it as a summer car, but
he is moving and must downsize so there is no way for him to keep the car. He titled it
in his name but never registered it. The car comes with a clear NJ title. Having sat for
so long he decided to send it to a mechanic to have it gone through. The mechanic
installed BRAND NEW: carb, manifold, electric fuel pump. He said it will need to be
tuned in the spring once the weather warms up. The car starts instantly and runs good.
It pulls surprisingly strong and is a blast to drive as it only weighs less than 1500lbs! ( I
took it around the block a few times!) It turns heads everywhere and people ask alot of
questions. Absolutely no one can tell it is a kit car without looking under the hood! It also
sounds amazing with the ANSA exhaust. Please look carefully at the pictures, they tell
the true story of its condition. There is also a large folder of info from Fiberfab about the
car including the original assembly instructions. Someone is going to be really happy
with this beautiful little car. I would prefer pick up, but i will assist with shipping at the
buyers expense. The car also comes with a tow bar and pulls extremely easily! Thanks
