Need a picture of a Chevette Sway Bar

I have an FiberFab MGTD with 84 Chevette running gear. The cat was built in 85 with 84 Chevette parts that had 6 miles. Part of a salvage from a train derailment. There is no front sway bar on it and I need to see a picture of a Chevette based car with the sway bar mounted. The original assembly manual doesn’t say anything about it. This car has 3,200 miles since 85. 1,300 miles were put on it in Mat 2013 when I drove it from San Antonio, Texas to Grand Rapids, Michigan. The TD had been in my brother’s back yard since July 1993.

That’s amazing, Bill. All that setup, engineering and the rest–and all for autoX work– & no sway bar? Why not?

If you were to mount it it would be out at the front of the body beyond the grille. No frame there to mount it to. It also seems to be unnecessary.

The Chevette bar bends in the opposite direction than the Pinto unit…I wonder…
